Our agreement with you

1. Price of your stay and what it includes.
30 Euro's per night for a small cabin (for 3 persons)
60 Euro's per night for an apartment (for 6 persons)

This price includes:
- use of your accommodation for the maximum number of guests indicated in the description. (3 persons for a small cabin and 6 persons for a bungalow)
- bed linen.
- Use of showers during the hours specified on the shower block program.

2. Security of your property

- your personal belongings are your own responsibility during your stay with us.
- Any vehicle parked on our property is subject to very limited security cover only. You must lock your   vehicle securely and remove all items on parking.
- We accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, loss or damage to your property.


3. Arrival

Your accommodation will be available from approximately 3 pm.


4. Departure

You must vacate your accommodation by 12 noon on the day of your departure. Please return your key and questionnaire to the reception as you leave.

5. Our agreement with you binds you, the person named on the booking, and all members of your party, including children and any day visitors. You must ensure that all members of your party are aware of, and accept all of this agreement. It starts from the date our agreement is formed and continues until the last member of your party has left the site.

6. We have the right to obtain the name, age address and gender or each member of your party before confirming your booking or at any time. Failure to provide us with full details of the make up of your group prior to arrival, which must include you, may result in access to the site being delayed or denied.

7. We have the right to cancel your booking, or to instruct you or your party to leave the site immediately, without compensation or refund, should you or any of your party not comply with this agreement, particularly where the terms relating to behaviour and conduct have not been complied with.

8. You must be over the age of 21 to make a booking and there must be at least one capable and responsible adult over the age of 21 in every accommodation unit. You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your group, particularly those under the age of 21.

9. You may not have the majority of persons in any accommodation unit aged between 17 and 21, nor have insufficient capable or responsible adults over 21 in each accommodation unit unless this has been specifically agreed in writing by the management in advance. You must comply with any specific adult / child ratio’s we detail to you.

10. The members of your group and the allocation of guests in each accommodation unit must remain as notified to us for the whole of your stay.

11. The maximum number of guests in each accommodation unit must not exceed 3 in a small cabin and 6 in a bungalow. If there is any breach of this clause we may either ask you to leave the site without any refund of money or (at our discretion) move those additional persons to another accommodation unit and we will charge you or them the appropriate full charge for the additional accommodation from the date your group arrived.


12. You may not bring or use any shotgun, knife, firearm, airweapon, archery equipment, fireworks, illegal substances, or similar items on site under any circumstances.


Whilst on Site:

13. Our aim is to provide a relaxed break suitable for families in a natural environment. To ensure the maximum enjoyment of your holiday and that of all of our other guests we require you to comply with all the requirements of this, our agreement with you, but draw your particular attention to the paragraphs below and the safety and other information posted on site.

(i) Accomodation
You are expected to use your accommodation and its contents with care and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning, missing items or damage.
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation at any time for any reasonable purpose, for example, to make checks, or carry out essential inspection, maintenance work, housekeeping or repairs. Please note that your occupation is therefore not exclusive.

(ii) Behaviour and compliance with this agreement.
Your behaviour should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive, especially at night. Offensive, drunken or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the police being involved and you being asked to leave the site. We do not consider offensive or aggressive behaviour or language towards our staff or other guests to be acceptable. We may ask you and/ or any member of your group to leave immediately if your conduct is considered by us to be inappropriate, likely to cause harm, or impair the enjoyment, comfort or safety of your neighbours, our other guests, staff and the general public, or is likely, in our belief, to breach any of our agreement with you. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances and we reserve the right not to accept any future bookings from you or any member of your group.


(iv) Children’s supervision and Parental Responsibility
You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your group under the age of 21. This is particularly important in all childrens play areas, in the restaurant, close to the lake and waterways, whilst cycling and in any of the sports areas


(v) Our right to compensation
By booking you agree that we have the right either during your stay or after your stay to recover from you and/ or any member of your group, the cost of:
a. Any compensation we may pay to others, including our other guests, and/or
b. Any property or accommodation damage and/or
c. Any other charges or fees we may incur,

resulting from your action or inaction or the action or inaction of any member of your group and from any breach of our agreement with you.

(vi) Identification
In order to register you on site and before you can have access to your cabin we will need to complete the registration procedure. We will need to see a copy of the bulletin or passport of each and every person staying on site.

(vii) Saftey

The use of any of the sports facilities are entirely at your own risk. Please ensure that you use these facilities in a safe and proper way that will not cause harm or injury to you or any third party.

The lake is not our property. Should you decide to swim in the lake you do so at your own risk. We recommend that you do not dive from the concrete tower since a number of people have died doing so.

(viii) Barbecues and open fires and fire risks.

Barbecues and open fires are not permitted in or around the cabins or apartments. There are designated areas for barbecues at the top of the site. To comply with fire safety regulations these need to be supervised by our staff and so all barbecues and open fires must be agreed in advance with our staff and must be extinguished before midnight (24:00)
Please ask at reception for further information.

Take particular care not to do anything which might cause a fire - please respect the no smoking signs and use only the designated smoking areas.

Fireworks may not be brought or used on our site.

(ix) Smoking Policy.
Smoking is not permitted in any cabins or bungalows or in the restaurant or any other buildings on site, but is permitted only in the designated smoking areas marked on the site plan.

(x) General
Do not attempt to enter or use any facility that is closed.

16. Our agreement is governed by Romanian Law.

17. In all cases our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your stay with us is limited to the cost of your booking. We will not be responsible for any matters that result from any unforeseeable events that are beyond our control.

18. Any reported matter which has not been resolved during your stay with us should be advised in writing to ;

Siria,Jud Arad,Romania. within 28 days of the end of your stay. In such cases, we will only correspond with the person named on the booking.

 

19. Site rules will be posted in the Reception on site and must be observed by all visitors and residents.

 

20. These terms and conditions and the site rules may change from time to time. You should ensure that you have read and will be deemed to have agreed to the current terms and conditions appropritate at the time of your stay.
